Not in the UK?


I am a UK Tupperware Manager based in London.  If you need Tupperware products, your best source is probably the local Tupperware sales team in your home country, but I am happy to send orders anywhere in the world.  Perhaps I have a product in my shop that you cannot get at home, or maybe there is no Tupperware sales force where you are.  You can also order from me for delivery to family or friends in the UK, or to pick up if you are visiting London.

Get a delivery quote

For most orders (up to 2kg in weight), you can get a delivery quote on the shopping cart page before you decide to confirm your order. Click "Get a delivery quote", choose your country, then type your postcode or home town, then click "Get a quote".

Normally you will have two options, both of which go by air and take approximately one week: 

  • International Tracked and/or Signed; or
  • International Standard (no tracking)

See below for full details about these two services.

For deliveries to Italy, I only offer International Tracked and Signed.  I explain why in my frequent questions.

If your order weighs more than 2kg, the Calculator will usually tell you to contact me direct for a quote. Email me at andrew @ [delete the spaces around the @] with a list of your items, or a screen grab of your cart, and I will tell you your delivery options.

Why don't you offer delivery by International Economy (Surface Mail)?

I used to, but no longer.  It is cheap, and hence attractive to overseas customers, but it takes too long (up to 12 weeks).  Plus, when the UK Royal Mail rebranded Surface Mail as International Economy, a couple of years ago, they removed the main feature that made it useful for large, non-urgent packages:  optional extra insurance above £20.  Royal Mail seems to be deliberately making Surface Mail difficult to use and trying to hide it from customers. Presumably it does not generate enough money for them.  Post Office counter staff never mention it when you ask for your options, and even deny it exists when you ask about it.  What's more, it is the only service not available through self-service counters at main Post Offices.  That's not all:  any claim for loss or damage must be done by requesting a paper claim form, while all other services have an online claim, and you must send original proof of purchase and value, both of which most retailers need to keep for their accounts. One day soon it will be withdrawn I'm sure, and Royal Mail will say no-one was using it.  Well, I wonder why?

When I did offer Surface Mail here, I also found that some customers were automatically choosing it because it is cheap, while ignoring my warnings about the 12-week delivery, and no tracking and insurance. They would then call me a week later demanding to know where their delivery was!  Ain't nobody got time for that, so I just removed the option.  

However, if you are genuinely happy to wait a couple of months for your Tupperware, and you accept the risk of sending your delivery without insurance or tracking, I am happy to do it for you.  Please contact me direct to discuss.


Delivery options explained

International Tracked and/or Signed

Recommended for all orders worth £20 or more. It is the only option that includes tracking and full insurance up to the value of your order in case of loss or damage. I dispatch within 5-10 days, after which the package should be delivered by your local mail service within 5-7 days.  Where available in your country, delivery is signed for, and there is online delivery confirmation.

All European Union countries except Estonia, plus Andorra, Argentina, Belarus, Cambodia, Canada, Canary Islands, Cayman Islands, Ecuador, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Moldova, New Zealand, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, USA, Vatican City State 

Tracked at 5 points after dispatch:
Australia, Brazil, Estonia, India, Israel

Tracked until it leaves the UK only, then only handed over at final destination when recipient signs for it:
Everywhere else -- except Somalia, which offers no tracking.

If you choose this option for deliveries in Western Europe, I sometimes use a door-to-door courier instead, with full tracking and insurance, but there is no further cost to you.  

International Standard

Only recommended for orders worth up to £20. I dispatch within 5-10 days, after which it should be delivered by your local mail service within 5-7 days.  

Comes with proof of posting, but no tracking or signature on delivery, and insurance only up to £20. 

IMPORTANT:  While I offer International Standard for orders of any value, if the delivery goes missing or is damaged, I can claim a maximum £20 compensation, and therefore I could only offer you the same, whatever the value of your order.  If your order is worth £20 or more, I strongly advise you choose International Tracked and/or Signed above, which includes full insurance.
